Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed because processing begins quickly after checkout.

These delays are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pretty Profits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
